Start With Reiki Training and Attunement Level 1

You will receive LEVEL 1 Reiki training and LEVEL 1 attunement. You will be certified in Level 1 of Usui Reiki and you will receive a certificate. You will learn how to bring healing , comfort and calm to any condition-physical-emotional-mental-spiritual.

Level 1 is an activation stage of the Reiki energy within the individual. This energy is also known as Qi/Chi/Ki. The focus is on self-healing.

During level 1 we focus on opening the energy channels in a physical level, allowing the student to connect to universal life force energy. This energy flows from the crown of the head and down into the heart and the hands.

Students will be encouraged to practice reiki on themselves, thereby working through their own obstacles.

Level 1 attunement is given in one attunement. The Reiki attunement is what makes Reiki so unique to other forms of energy work. This ceremony called ( Ray-joo) in Japanese, is performed by a Reiki Master and opens and expands the main channels of the students body, allowing universal energy to flow freely and deeply.

Because of this opening process, energy blockages are cleared. As a result this can create significant energy changes within the individual and many students undergo a period of self-growth. Many students experience physical symptoms of energy in their palms after the first attunement including heat, tingling or coldness.

Level 1 includes a history of reiki, hand placements and self- group practice. There will be snacks available. A one hour lunch break will be given.

By the end of this course you will be empowered with powerful self-care tools, experience transformation and begin a new level of growth!

Usui Reiki Master Class Outline
A full 2 day class covering history, theory, hands on, and much more including:
• A review of level 1 and 2
• Master Level Attunements
• Master Level Teacher Manual
• Snacks, tea, coffee, water
• We will break for lunch. You are welcome to go to one of the many restaurants in the area or bring your lunch.
You Will Learn:
• Master Level Symbols and how to use them
• How to Give Attunements ~ Instructions and practice time
• Discussion of what the master level is, what it means
• Hands on practice doing sessions on one another
• Reiki Energy heightening exercises as originally taught by Usui (and still taught within the Gakkai (reiki society) in Japan)
• You learn everything you need to know to teach others Reiki
~ I do not withhold information until a later date, or make you wait until I ‘think’ you are ready…if you intuitively feel the pull to this class and feel you are ready then trust yourself that you are ready
Ongoing Support:
Reiki share once a month to practice Reiki, and also for Reiki Masters to review attunements, notes, exercises if requested
Access to come to any of my classes to review and observe before you teach your first class if you like. If you take the master level and do not teach for months, or year and one day want to and need a refresher in giving attunements or anything else I am always available to you for that.
I ONLY HAVE TWO USUI REIKI MASTER CLASSES PER CALENDAR YEAR (Spring & Fall) TO ENSURE I CAN GIVE OPTIMUM SUPPORT AND ACCESS TO THE REIKI MASTER STUDENTS.
As a result my class cost is higher than some teachers and less than others. It also reflects my level of education and experience in reiki and in the holistic healing field. Please do not let the cost deter you. You Will manifest the money either before class or after, if you are supposed to be in this class-the universe will see to that. Every single Reiki Master student to date has. You also need to view this level as an investment in yourself that you will make back upon teaching your first class.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO APPRENTICE WITH ME. YOU LEARN ALL YOU NEED TO LEARN IN THIS CLASS. THE REAL LEARNING COMES AFTER THE CLASS WHICH IS WHY I MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE TO YOU ALL YEAR TO HELP YOU AS YOU NEED IT. BECOMING A REIKI MASTER IS A BIG STEP. SOME WILL NEED LOTS OF SUPPORT AND OTHERS NONE..THAT IS FINE. YOU TAKE FROM ME WHATEVER IT IS YOU NEED. I WILL TEACH YOU ALL THAT I KNOW.
For those who value lineage….I studied with a 5th generation Reiki Master via two lineages. I am a 6th Generation Reiki Master via two lineages: Usui-Hayashi-Yamaguchi-Inamoto-Fargo-KissRohne and also: Usui-Taketomi-Koyama-Doi-Fargo-KissRohne
If you choose to study with me this becomes your lineage also, you will become a 7th generation Reiki Master. The information in this class is a culmination of knowledge that came from a 5th generation Reiki Master who studied intensively with 9 Reiki Masters worldwide. This information will be passed on to you.
For me, Reiki has become a way of being. It is an extension of my being. I am dedicated to sharing Reiki with others and I am continually amazed by the positive impact it has on my students. I am delighted to see how each student grows and evolves through this ancient healing modality. I practice reiki every single day. I have clients that I work with as well as teach this ancient healing art. I take this responsibility very seriously. I will always be available to my students on-going to answer questions and support you on your journey.
REIKI IS A MULTIDIMENSIONAL HEALING art. How advanced it is depends on how clear a channel you are and will become. In the field of energy work no modality is better than another…they are all equal in effectiveness. It is YOU that determines the level you are working at. You determine the vibration of the healing art- your frequency does. If a certain modality resonates with you more than another than that is the one for you. For me, the base of my work has always been Reiki~and that is a personal choice.
Do you need to become a Reiki Master to become better at Reiki?
Absolutely not.
But if you want to Teach Reiki, or have the feeling to ‘complete’ your Reiki Training, then you do need to take the master level. The master level is a commitment to having reiki in all aspects of your life..reiki is not something you do…it is who you are…your life will change to reflect this new energy…it is a path that sometimes challenges but always blesses. You may have the intuitive pull to become a master and not know why-that is o.k. too-trust it. I had no intention of ever teaching when I received my Master training. It was an evolving process but eventually I felt a strong pull to teach and by then I felt ready. The universe has a way of guiding us to where we need to be so we can work towards living the highest expressions of ourselves.
It does not matter if you stick with the same teacher for all of the Levels. Experiencing different teachers can be wonderful. With this Level of Reiki, there is a larger commitment. Choose a teacher you resonate with, as you will be learning how to teach from them and may need them as support.
Meditate on it. Trust the answer you get. Just because you took level 1 or 2 with me does not mean you need to stick with me for the master level. I would love to have you as a student but I feel many different experiences are beneficial. Every experience brings new knowledge and greater learning. As you have already experienced so much of our learning happens after completing the Reiki course. Have fun with it all! Enjoy and cherish each new and exciting experience as it unfolds!
